ABSTRACT
At a glance without any research, small scale industries mostly suffer from lack of funding, and in extension, bad management. In Nigeria, one can find a lot of small scale industries, some even operating with manual instruments instead of high tech machineries that would facilitate more out put in production.
Some times, it’s a reason of illiteracy that causes some of the management challenges, since these small scale industries are generally run by owners who are talented but lack adequate training.
These research is basically to research all the management problems faced by small scale industries, for it isn’t enough to wave conjectures. With a survey of the problems, solutions can then be offered and these industries which contribute to the economy of the nation, can be made better
