ABSTRACT
This research work takes a look at the benefit, problems, the roles of privatization and commercialization in Nigeria economy. This research was designed among others things to find out the appropriate impact on privatization and commercialization in Nigeria economy in order to improve an dealt with the likely limitations. The instrument used for collecting data were questionnaire and test for hypothesis and the data analysed using percentage as the statistical tool.
